AB-Fortis® Applications for Iron Food Fortification
The stability, absence of metallic taste and low reactivity of AB-Fortis® makes it possible to fortify beverages and foodstuffs such as dairy products, cereals, bread, meat, vegetarian meat analogues, and many others.
AB-Fortis® can be used in capsules in combination with other nutrients which are prone to oxidation. It can be used in soft gel or hard.
